Subject: [PATCH] fix: delete confirmations name the section without its file's
 extension, and alerts say Couldn't

Deleting a section asked about Garden.one; it names Garden, as the group's
already named the group. Check for Updates' failure read "Unable to check for
updates" where every other alert says Couldn't.
